TL;DR: No refunds. Returns accepted only if unopened. You pay return shipping.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@tgpushop.com with a video within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened only: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
- Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your unopened item and place a new order.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@tgpushop.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with the return address
- Ship the unopened product back (at your expense)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your store credit within 5-7 business days
